OVERVIEW

The client wished to create a new double-bedroom and ensuite in the attic. Low roof height, the necessity of new access stairs, and reaching the rear of the property for the ensuite drainage connections posed some challenges. With proper detailed design which maximised space saving, without forgoing performance or aesthetics, the desired result was fully achieved.
