The client intended to massively renovate the property for the family and better homeworking.

The project consisted in various major areas of design and work: a double-storey rear extension; an upper storey rear extension; extensive ground-floor remodel inclusive of new kitchen, offices, and more; extensive first floor remodel; as well as extensive works to the rear garden inclusive of a new stepped patio as well as a separated patio for cooking and lounging.
